Terms and Conditions
1. General
1.1. These Terms and Conditions shall apply to all contracts for the supply of
Services by
Meticulous Market Research Pvt. Ltd. (the Company or the Supplier) to the Customer and shall
prevail
over any other documentation or communication from the Customer
1.2. Any variation to these Terms and Conditions shall be inapplicable unless agreed in writing
by
Meticulous Research®
2. Price and Payment
2.1. Payment can be made by wire transfer/credit cards/payment gateways/bank
cheques/wallets
only. 100% payment will be required for the supplier to deliver the products & services.
2.2. The Supplier will send the deliverable in the electronic form to the customer.
2.3. The Supplier reserves the right to modify, update or run promotions on any
service at any
time.
2.4. The Supplier reserves the right to change the price of any service at any
time. However,
once the service has been ordered, the price shall remain fixed for the customer.
3. Customer Obligations
3.1. Co-operate with the Supplier
3.2. Provide the Supplier with any information reasonably required by the Supplier
3.3. Keep the supplier notified of their correct name, postal address and any
phone, fax, E-mail information
3.4. Comply with all other statutory requirements-particularly in regards to data
protection and confidentiality.
4. Supplier Obligations
4.1. The Supplier shall perform the services with reasonable skills and care and to
reasonable standard in accordance with recognized standards and codes of practice
4.2. Delivery of survey material will be within 24 hours of receipt of payment
otherwise agreed by Contract/Service Level Agreement
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1. The Supplier shall not be liable for any direct loss or damage suffered by the
Customer howsoever caused, as a result of any negligence, breach of contract or otherwise in
excess of the price of the Services
5.2. The Supplier shall not be liable under any circumstances to the Customer or
any third party for any indirect or consequential loss or profit or other economic loss suffered
by the Customer howsoever caused, as a result of any negligence, breach of contract or
misrepresentation or otherwise
6. Cancellation / Return / Refund Policy
Meticulous Research® offers its products and services in the form of syndicate
market research reports, consulting assignments, and custom research. All the products and
services contain the critical market information that is sold/delivered in electronic,
downloadable form. Hence, the products and services once purchased would be deemed final and
there would be no refund issued owing to the nature of products & services. No cancellation will
be accepted after the payment is done.
7. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for delay or failure to perform any of its
obligations if the delay or failure result from events or circumstances outside its reasonable
control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, locks, accident, war, fire,
unavailability of source of supply; and the party shall not be entitled to a reasonable
extension of its obligations.
8. Copyright
All the project deliverables, research reports, proposals, questionnaires,
brochures and sample pages, or any other survey material provided by the Supplier, may not be
used in any other format other than the supplied. Customer cannot at anytime, without prior
written permission of the Supplier, make copies or reproduction (in whatever form) of the
project deliverables, research reports, proposals, questionnaires, brochures and sample pages,
or any other survey material.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with
the law of India.
